Terms of Service

By using BELLSO Flash Deals (bellso.shop) you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English so you actually have a chance of reading them.

The marketplace

BELLSO is a small marketplace operated out of Cape Coral, Florida. We list our own inventory for Buy-It-Now sale and live auction. Third-party seller listings are not accepted at this time. Everything you see on the site is sold by BELLSO directly.

Orders & payment

• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Florida sales tax (6.5%) is added to the item subtotal at checkout. Shipping is not taxed when separately stated.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card is charged at checkout.
• Once an order is paid it counts as a binding sale. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g. listing error, suspected fraud).
• For live auctions, the highest bid at close wins. Placing a bid is a commitment to pay if you win.

Pickup & shipping

• Curbside pickup is available during your booked time window. We hold paid orders for 14 days; unclaimed orders after 14 days may be restocked and refunded at our discretion.
• Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Once a label is printed and handed to the carrier, transit time and condition during shipment are out of our control. Tracking is automatically emailed to you.

Returns

Every item is inspected before listing and condition is described as accurately as we can. If you arrive for pickup and the item is not as described, you can decline the order on the spot for a full refund. For shipped orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's a problem. Final-sale items (clearly marked as such) are not returnable.

Auctions

• Bids are binding. Don't bid if you're not sure you want it.
• We do not bid on our own auctions and we do not allow shill bidding by anyone else.
• Auctions extend by 60 seconds if a bid is placed in the final minute, to prevent last-second sniping.
• If a winning bidder fails to pay within 24 hours, we may offer the item to the next highest bidder.

Acceptable use

Don't do illegal things. Don't try to break the site, scrape it at scale, attack our infrastructure, or impersonate other users. Don't abuse our support staff. We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

We provide BELLSO "as is" and do everything we can to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent allowed by Florida law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
