Privacy Policy

BELLSO Flash Deals ("BELLSO", "we", "us") is a small family-run marketplace based in Cape Coral, Florida. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the store. This page is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email, optional phone, and a hashed password if you create an account.
• Order info — what you bought, when, how much you paid, your pickup choice or shipping address.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, touch, or store your card number. We only receive a confirmation that you paid.
• Vehicle / parking spot — if you use curbside pickup, we save your parking spot number and the short vehicle description you enter (e.g. "white Honda") so we can find you. This data is deleted once you've been served.
• Site activity — basic, anonymous traffic data (pages visited, browser type) for keeping the site working. We don't run third-party ad tracking.

How we use it

• To fulfill your orders (curbside pickup or shipping).
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, pickup window reminders, shipping tracking number). These come from alerts@bellso.shop.
• To send marketing emails only if you opted in (e.g. signed up at /alerts). You can unsubscribe from any of those emails with one click.
• To prevent abuse and to comply with applicable law.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with these third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. (Stripe Privacy)
• Resend — transactional & marketing email delivery. (Resend Privacy)
• Shippo + USPS/UPS/FedEx — shipping label generation for ship orders. We only share the buyer name + ship-to address. (Shippo Privacy)

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as legally required (typically 7 years for tax purposes in Florida). Curbside vehicle descriptions are deleted as soon as we mark your order delivered. You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@bellso.shop — we'll delete what we're legally allowed to delete.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct mistakes, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@bellso.shop. California, Virginia, Colorado, and EU residents have additional rights under their applicable laws (CCPA, CDPA, CPA, GDPR) — exercise them through the same email and we'll honor them.

Children

BELLSO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

When we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and email registered customers if the change affects how their data is handled.
